Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
Fabulous!!! I made these the other night for a party and they were a huge hit. I did follow the directions for a rub from Cathy M but I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Instead of finishing them on the grill I finished them under the broiler for a few minutes. Thanks for the great recipe.

Cranberry Pears

This was fabulous! I halved the pears instead of quartering them and served it warm to my guests with a dollop of vanilla yogurt. They loved it. Thanks.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
I made this for Christmas Eve and it was a big hit. I did as another reviewer suggested and added a small amount of sun dried tomatoes and then dipped the stuffed chicken in an egg wash and bread crumbs. I also served pesto sauce on the side.

Watermelon Gazpacho

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2011
This is a great summer soup and fairly easy. I omitted the jalapeno but kept everything else the same. The garlic flavor was a bit strong for me but everyone else loved it. A very nice change from regular gazpacho. Thanks for sharing.

Sugar Snap Peas

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2010
These were fabulous. I put all the ingredients in a ziplock bag to really coat them and then baked them for 6 minutes. They were still crispy which is how I like them. Thanks for sharing. I served them with the Rosemary Chicken with Orange Glaze recipe on this site and jasmine rice.

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2010
I made this for a dinner party last weekend and it was wonderful! I doubled the recipe which meant longer reducing time but other than that it perfect. I also used chicken tenders instead of the chicken breasts. The rosemary really gives it a great flavor.

Strawberry-Mango Mesclun Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2011
This is the best salad I've had in a long time. The dressing is especially delicious and goes a long way. I ended up with most of the dressing left over which was fine with me. The only change I made was to omit the almonds and add candied walnuts instead.

Unbelievably delicious. They are perfect just the way they are. I would recommend using silicon muffin liners for easy release.

Lime-Curry Tofu Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
Delicious! I didn't have red curry paste on hand so I made my own and added diced carrots. Other than that I didn't change a thing. I served it with jasmine rice and slices of lime.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
This bread is great just the way it is, but it's even better toasted! One note, mine only took 25-30 minutes to bake.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2012
Absolutely loved these and served them to my guests who eat a gluten free diet. I added a chocolate kiss for a little something extra. Also, I rolled these into balls before baking so they took a bit longer than 8 mins. More like 14.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2012
Fantastic! I made this exactly as directed and it came out perfect. It is very rich so slice it on the thin side. I served it with fresh raspberry puree and whipped cream. This is best served slightly chilled but not cold.
