Keon's Slow Cooker Curry Chicken

This was very tasty and would have earned more stars if there wasn't such a large amount of liquid left (I felt like I wasted a lot of ingredients) I doubled the recipe. I had to make my own cream of chicken soup, rue and chicken broth, and debated about the cream of mushroom. Next time I will omit the c.o.m. and use curry paste instead of powder. The onion soup mix seemed to be a bit much but the taste mellowed after cooking so long. I didn't use any salt because of the onion mix, that would have been too much. The chicken was perfect! All in all it tastes better as leftovers. Served over brown rice.

Salmon Broccoli Bake

This is a delicious dish! Made a couple of changes; used Greek plain yogurt in place of mayo, added pepper and dill to the egg/yogurt mix, also chopped carrots and celery & cooked that with the onion. Didn't use as much cheddar as it calls for, will definitely make again!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I

Great recipe! Followed other reviews and omitted chicken broth, added black beans, and substituted 8 oz. of Mexican cheese blend for the processed cheese. Also cut the tortillas into strips. Turned out creamy. This has been requested as the chicken enchilada dinner for now on. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Fantastic recipe! I substituted 6 oz. Greek plain yogurt for the sour cream. This is definitely a keeper, the family liked it. Thanks for sharing!

Funnel Cakes I

Wow! This is the real stuff, so easy! I also added a tsp of vanilla. By the third cake I figured out how to pour the batter so it makes one cake and not small clumps. It was fun to make too!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

My kids loved this! Definitely a keeper, the olives and cheese provided enough salt so I didn't add any. Will be making these instead of plain ol' turkey burgers.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

YUM! I breaded the chicken before stuffing. The recipe had to be doubled because of my large family, so there were plenty of "stuffing" mix left. I will be making a small lasagna with the leftovers.

Spaghetti Squash Saute

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

YUM! My first try at making banana cookies and this recipe is a keeper. The bananas were piling up in my freezer so I had to try this. Just thawed a few of them out and mashed it up. I also used butter flavored Crisco and it makes them melt in your mouth. Will try small chocolate chips, since the cookies are small. Thanks for sharing!

Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Excellent taste, I used light cream cheese and light cool whip and it didn't take away the sweetness. Used toasted coconut instead of the strawberry topping.
