Cinnamon Chocolate Cake

OMG - Never thought Id find a chocolate cake recipe that was full of flavor, moist and disappeared before my eyes!! This is the only recipe I will need for a chocolate cake.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Made this for the first time and both husband and son loved it -- Im no Emeril or Rachel Ray when it comes to cooking (baking is my forte)but found this extremely easy and tasty. Had leftover filling - makes enough for 8 breasts, but will keep and stuff pasta shells for anther dinner.

Ladyfinger Lemon Dessert

Took longer to make than it did to eat!! Not one single serving was left. Everyone loved it as it was a very light dessert. Will do again!

Simply Lemon

Simply awesome -- had my doubts about the "no crust" part, but I was pleasantly surprised and so were the rest of the people at dinner. Simple, no fuss and tastes great -- a definate keeper.
