Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

I followed the recipe using half the cayenne and half the salt and it was still a bit too spicy and way too salty! The salsa was all right but still pretty bland... it's missing something. Sadly, my favorite part of the dinner was the taco shells!

Taco Seasoning

I used it to season 1 lb of ground beef. It was totally bland. I added salt and a can of tomato sauce to make it palatable but it still wasn't very good. There is another taco seasoning recipe on the site, can't think of which one right now, that is MUCH better.

Slow-Cooked Habanero Chili

This chili was all right. Just seemed like it was missing something. I added an onion. I couldn't find dried habaneros so I used a fresh one. It wasn't spicy at all. It was actually pretty sweet, a little too sweet for me. Maybe a dried habanero would have imparted more of a smoky flavor, I don't know.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

I love this recipe! The burgers come out juicy and delicious every time! I like to top them with honey dijon mustard and bell pepper relish. Soooo good!

Thai Peanut Chicken

This recipe is really good. The sauce is perfect. Not too spicy but just right. I made a double batch of sauce so there was extra to pour over the rice. Thanks!
