The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Amazing recipe! Works well with any frosting. I've done creamy butter frosting, fluffy butter frosting, and a few variations of smooth confectioners sugar frosting,and everyone just raves about them. This past time I switched out half the butter for oil,and it worked out even better! I didn't chill the dough, but rather rolled it into little balls, placedon the cookie sheet,and then used a large flat lid to smoosh them flat. Very quick, easy and still the same great taste! Thanks for the recipe!!
