This is suprisingly similar to the taste of honey. I only used 7 cups of sugar and find that it is still a tad sweet for my taste I used my immersion blender at the end to smooth out the honey as I didnt want any little chunks in it. Overall a very good recipe, but if I was to make it again, I would cut down to 6 cups of sugar.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Awesome!!! only changes I made were to add a handful of sugar to cut the acidity and I used light 5% cream and margarine only beacuse I didnt have butter...other than that this recipe is perfect as written. Thanks so much!

Cream of Cauliflower Soup II

Awesome soup! My kids both loved it...I only made 2 small changes. I omitted the sherry only because I didnt have any, and I added a dash of cayenne pepper just to kick it up a bit. It is very good and full of flavor!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is the most delicious soup! I have made it 2x now. The only change I made was to disolve a little bit of cornstarch in some milk at the end to thicken it to our liking. I used skim milk, so I think that is why it was not as thick. Whoever is considering making this, take my advice...go for it. My Daughter asks me to make ham for dinner just so we can make this soup after. Thank you for the wonderful recipe

Spicy Sweet Potato Soup

Peanut butter was overpowering. I was going to serve this at a dinner party but instead threw it out. Not sure what I did wrong. Everyone elses reviews were great! Must have missed something
