I do not typically care for this type of thing, but really liked this recipe. I did make it early in the morning and let it sit in the fridge all day to combine the flavors. Also, I did not bake the bread first, just put the topping on, and then I did use sliced pieces of mozzarella as opposed to the shredded. Turned out great. Just watch it like a hawk when in the broiler...it bakes super fast.
