Chicken Barbeque Sauce

This is an excellent recipe! Do not change a thing. Those that left low stars were expecting tradition bbq sauce which this is not. This marinade is perfect just the way it is. Do not substitute the oven for the grill...or you will be dissapointed. Nice flavor for the whole family. My 6 year old and teens like it and they are picky. We don't think this is too salty and think it would be lacking if left out.

Green Grape Salad

Excellent light desert or snack. My kids don't like the nuts in it so we leave them out. I would recomend everyone try this one.

Easy Grape Salad

Love, love, love. My kids make this after school with a 50/50 mix of fluff/cream cheese...no nuts though. About 1 Tablespoon of each. We also serve at dinner for a light finish. Another so simple so good recipe.

Honey-Topped Sweet Potato

These were great, the topping was perfect...even better the next day reheated. I wouldn't change a thing. But as someone suggested I think I am going to try these mashed...yum!

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

No kidding, these were the best mashed potatoes I have ever made. So simple, so great. Very suttle garlic, not over powering. Mashed up to a perfect texture. No need for extra butter, gravy, or salt on the table. And that is coming from my kids. A definate favorite. Who would have thought some minor things like boiling the garlic with the potatoes and adding parmesan would make such a difference.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Excellent. I used skinless on the bone chicken. I had already made the coating when I realized I did not have eggs to coat the chicken so I used RANCH. The chicken turned out wonderful. The coating stuck so well you would have thought the chicken had skin. Very tender meat. I will make again and again, my kids and husband loved this...said it was their favorite. We are health freaks so I liked that this used very little oil. Thanks for a great recipe.

London Broil II

This marinade is a family favorite. It is best if the london broil is marinaded overnight. So simple and so great. We use this on chuck eyes too.
