Smoked Canned Salmon Spread

I used regular canned salmon, added about 1 t. liquid smoke, and saved the money of purchasing smoked salmon, and got more comments on it than when I used real smoked salmon.

This recipe is so easy to make for lunch boxes. I make these up about a dozen at a time, freeze them, and my husband can get them out one or two at a time. You can make them as spicy as you like, just by adding more or less green chilies or hotter peppers. The chipotle peppers in adobo sauce give it a special smokey flavor.

Grandmother's Pound Cake II

This is the best fool proof pound cake recipe I have ever found. I have made it with almond flavoring, lemon flavoring with poppy seeds in it, and mandarin oranges and orange flavoring in it. It comes out fantastic every time.

Bread Machine Pumpernickel Bread

Vanilla Ice Cream VI

I cut the sugar down on this recipe to 2 cups, and it came out just great. Not so sweet, and I put the full 2 tblsp. of vanilla in, to get that good vanilla flavor. My family loved it recently when we got together for a birthday celebration. I plan on making it again for Father's Day.

Poppy Seed Dressing I

This is the Poppy Seed Dressing that I had on a Fruit Salad in a little bistro in Arkansas. I have been looking for it for a LONG TIME! The fruit Salad had mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut, and apples in it. This is just the right combination of vinegar, sugar, and poppy seeds to compliment the dressing. Se Monifique!

Buffalo Chicken Wings I

I grill these or broil them to cook, to eliminate some of the fat. They turn out just as good and you can vary the heat by cutting down on the amount of hot sauce or adding some barbeque sauce to the mix.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

My sister-in-law makes this every year for our family get together Christmas morning and it is a warm comfort food that everyone loves. We also have homemade Cinnamon rolls that I take along to finish out the perfect morning brunch.
