Crisp Sugar Cookies

So easy to make and so delicious. My coworkers love these! I love that I don't have to refrigerate the dough (unless I want to) and the dough freezes well. This makes a A LOT of cookies.

Ham And Swiss Quiche

This was my first attempt at making a Quiche and it turned out wonderfully. I left out the onions as my friends don't like onion, but it still had great flavor. I will make this again!

Zucchini Cake I

Easy to make, cake stayed moist. My worker said that it was the best thing I've ever baked. I just made it using a 9x13 pan versus 3 9" rounds.. required a longer baking time, but well worth it!

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Super easy to make, they stayed nice and moist. YUM! I used 1/2 cup regular chocolate chips instead of mini chocolate chips and they were delicious. I shared them with my coworkers and they thought they were great! Perfect way to use up some zucchini!

Sugar Cookies

These sugar cookies are the best! So easy to make and they taste so good. My coworkers rave that these are the best sugar cookies they have ever eaten. The only negative is that they are difficult to use for cutouts.. but I can get over that!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

This recipe was super simple to make and rather tasty. It sure smelled good while cooking it. It wasn't as good as my mom's homemade scalloped potatoes and ham, but it is a recipe I will make again.

Turkey Enchiladas

These enchiladas were delicious! I omitted the olives and added some diced green chiles to liven it up a bit. I will definitely make these again with leftover turkey. YUM!

Ziti Lasagna

Microwave Corn on the Cob

This is an easy way for me to enjoy corn on the cob without having to boil a pot of water. Since I am single and only eat one ear of corn microwaving it is fast and simple! Thanks for sharing!

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This is one of my favorite recipes! The chicken got nice and crispy and had great flavor. My kitchen smelled great while this was baking. I've made it before and I'm making it again tonight for dinner. YUM!!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Yum! I love this variation of Turkey burgers and plan on making them again sometime. I cut the recipe in half and only used 1/2 of a chipotle, next time I will use it all. My turkey burger was moist and delicious!

Strawberry Whipped Sensation

I have made this dessert twice and both times it was a big hit. Very easy to make and it tastes great--even before you freeze it! This is a great summertime treat. I'm sure I will be making this dessert again and again.
