Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
This was great - my family loved it. The only change I made was to add brocolli because I wanted more vegetables in it. It gave it good color and tasted good too. Thanks for the recipe - will make this again and again.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2007
This is a great recipe! I have made it several times and have come up with these changes to suit our taste. We find it too sweet so I just use 1/4 cup of sugar. The last time I made it I accidently used only 1 cup of milk in the first stage instead of 1 1/2 cups....so had 1 cup to mix in with the egg. It turned out much better! Less gluggy and more creamy. I will do it that way from now on.

Down Under Lemon Tart

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2007
Pastry was great...will use it for all my pie crusts from now on. The tart itself had good flavor but wasn't 5* in my opinion...will keep looking for the perfect lemon tart recipe.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
I was so excited to try this recipe. Unfortunately I was quite disapointed. They looked and smelled great...But the taste was overall too 'eggy'. I think I may have cooked them too long?????\ I don't think i will try these again.

These are great! They taste better than store bought ones...we had them straight out of the oven with freshly made hummus. Also great with garlic butter. Will definately make these again.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2007
Wow, this was soooo good! The best banana bread I've ever tasted. Definately a keeper. I love that it makes 4 loaves because theres enough for my family, and a couple to give away aswell. I forgot to put the cinnamon in but it still tasted wonderful.

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2007
Best and easiest cinnamon roll recipe I've ever tried...They always turn out perfect and everyone loves them. I've made them dozens of times and have been asked for the recipe by most everyone who tries them. I only make half the recipe as this is all that will fit in my breadmaker. They are so good!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
These are without a doubt the best chocolate chip cookies ever. I have made them dozens of times and they are always a hit. People always ask me for the recipe or ask me to make them. I live in New Zealand and we don't have Chrisco so I just use normal butter and they work just fine. Sometimes I put white chocolate chips or m&ms in too. Love this recipe.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2007
My Mum and I found this recipe and decided to use it for my Sisters wedding cake. It was perfect! Everyone loved it. We made 3 tiers. The bottom tier was 2 batches (we made them seperately and cooked them together, I don't think it would work if you doubled it) It was huge and took 2 hours to cook. The 2nd tier was 1 batch. We made the top layer carrot. It was iced with white chocolate truffle icing and it was just amazing. I'm going to put a photo of it on this site.
