French Baguettes

Perfect, delicious loaves - though not a true baguette...crust and bread are soft and light - not crunchy and chewy as a baguette should be. Will definately make again however as it makes a nice loaf.

Black Forest Cheesecakes

These are absolute perfection! If I had to choose my last meal on earth it would be these. I crushed the oreos, added melted butter and pressed into the muffin cups for the base. (Just cos I've had other cheesecakes which have the half cookie base and I think it tastes like a soggy cookie). I divided the cream cheese filling evenly between the 12 cups and they were pretty much filled to the top. I cooked them for 20 mins exactly and it was spot on. They were all puffed up and cracked when I took them out of the oven but once they cooled they sunk down and made the perfect well for filling with berries. I filled mine with raspberries, whipped cream and grated chocolate. YUM.

Potato Rosemary Rolls

Excellent! The potato flakes added a great twist to my normal dinner rolls. I had no rosemary so just used mixed herbs.

Five stars for taste. Unfortunately mine burnt a little on the edges before it was done in the middle. I'll reduce the temperture a little next time.

Easy OREO Truffles

Excellent ! Easy and decadent. I made 100 to give as Valentines to our church women's group. People could not believe it when I told them they were made of oreo cookies and cream cheese. I've had lots of requests for the recipe. I didn't sprinkle them with crushed cookes but rather drizzles them with white chocolate. They looked great.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

This bread was excellant!!! I doubled the recipe and set it on the dough setting in my bread maker. Once it had done all the work I divided it into three loaf tins, let it rise half an hour and then cooked for 20 minutes. Delicious! I've had requests for the recipe.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
