Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers
Excellent and easy. I stuffed the poppers and then placed in freezer until ready to coat. Also used seasoned bread crumbs. I did not blanch and they were perfect. The freezing may have softened the peppers slightly.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Always the hit of the party. I too add the fresh sauteed veggies: onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms and use regular Uncle Ben's Wild Rice. I cook all on stove and then put in crock pot to keep warm and allow rice to continue cooking. I always make double batches (one at a time and then combine) and NEVER have any left overs. Adding a little touch of sherry and/or white wine adds to the flavor and when using cream, helps to reduce thickness if desired. This is a top recipe

Burger or Hot Dog Buns
I stopped buying buns when I found this recipe. I use my bread machine and then add flour as needed but have found that the dough with less flour makes better buns. I also brush melted butter on them after cooking. I bake a lot of bread but once they are a few days old, I make them into croutons/bread crumbs. Nothing goes to waste!
