Salmon Chowder

EXCELLENT! The only changes I made were that I used fresh salmon and fresh garlic and left out the carrots. I also substituted 1/2 and 1/2 for the evap. milk. My kids (7 and 5) LOVED this chowder. I will definitely make it again..and again....

Lentil and Sausage Soup

Awesome, awesome, awesome! The best lentil soup I've ever had. The only thing I changed was to use about 1/4 cup of fresh basil instead of the dried. I love basil and I think it was wonderful with this change. This is definitely going to be a regular at our house! The kids loved it too.

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

I have made this marinade many times and it is always a hit! Don't need to change a thing, although you could cut down on the oil if desired. Excellent!!!

I felt that even with half the mustard, the mustard taste was WAY overpowering. If you do not love mustard, don't try this recipe.

Meatball Spaghetti Sauce

I did not like the texture of these meatballs. And they fell apart in the sauce. I would not make this again.
