Easy Chicken Enchilada Crescent Bake
I'll be totally honest, I didn't have really high hopes for this but I was in a rush and the chicken was already cooked. It is really good weeknight dinner....husband really liked it.

Molasses Sugar Cookies
wonderful! I realized after I had already started that I only had 1/2 cup of shortening so I went for the margerine. Low and behold, there was only 1/2 cup of that too! So I ended up using 1/2 cup shortening, 1/2 cup margerine and 1/2 cup butter. Worked perfectly! Really does make 72 cookies....possibly a few more and they are the PERFECT size! Thank you!
