Dirt Pudding

This recipe was so good, my whole family loved it! I didn't use the butter and it didn't seem to make a difference...it turned out great!!

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

This was my first attempt at making fudge and I'm so glad I choose this recipe. I followed it to the tee and it turned out great! I first thought that the 4 cups of sugar would make it way too sweet, but it didn't. I've had sickening sweet fudge before and this comes no where close to that. I let it cool for about 2 hours on the counter before cutting and it set up nicely and came out easily from the pan (no mess)...I would definitely make this one again!!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

I absolutely loved this recipe! I followed the recipe exactly, except that I doubled the garlic. I put this on top of angel hair pasta and the 1 cup of butter was perfect for that! I'll definitely make this again!

Brian's Easy Stuffed Flounder

I made this tonight and my husband usually doesn't comment on what's for dinner. When he ate this, I was shocked when he turned to me and said "wow, this is really good!" Everyone loved it and it's a definate keeper! I followed the recipe exact, only substituting flounder fillets for the whole flounder. I did have a lot of stuffing left over...next time I'll half the recipe. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Cornbread Dressing

This was a VERY delicious recipe! I didn't use any bell peppers or the chicken liver(we don't like) and I used cream of mushroom instead of chicken. I also used milk instead of water with the soup and it is definately a keeper. This was the very first time that I have made stuffed chicken and this recipe was quite easy! My husband actually asked for seconds...which isn't too often..LOL Thanks for sharing this great recipe!!

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

I have never made fish before, so I tried this recipe since it looked simple and easy. I also added a few things to it as suggested by other reviewers (mushrooms and onion with a splash of lemon) This was really good, we enjoyed it very much...thanks for sharing it!!

Pork Chops with Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce

My family really loved this recipe. I used Alissa's spices with the onions and garlic which I think made this recipe even better. Instead of the ale, I used white wine since that is what I had. It was great...I will definately make this again!!
