Salsa Chicken

We thought this was really good. I made it exactly as the recipe stated - could have let it sit in the taco seasoning a bit. Served it with Spanish rice and black beans - great Mexican meal. Quick and easy too!

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

We thought this was very good. I only used 1 cup of ketchup and 2 pounds of kielbasa. Everything else I did exactly as written. I will make this again but next time try ommitting the water and putting in crushed pineapple instead. We ate this as an appetizer but it would be good with rice as a meal.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

The only thing I changed was I added some veggies - carrots & peas. And my crockpot must be small b/c I could only fit 1 roll of dough in. Very good - we loved it!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Made exactly as the recipe states - except the peas as I forgot them at the store (i just added a bit more carrots & celery to make up for it) this recipe was awesome!! Mine wasn't dry at all! I cooked for 30 minutes and let rest for 10. I could have cooked it for 40 and it would have thickened a bit more. But it was very yummy! Will be making this again!!

Stuffed Shells I

Loved it! The only thing I changed was I cooked hot italian sausage then mixed it with the sauce. I always cooked my shells open side down - but liked them better open side up! Great recipe!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

LOVE this recipe!! I did make small changes after reading the reviews. I put in 3/4 cup peanut butter. Used an 8x8 pan - cooked at 325 for about 50-55 minutes - but I checked at about 40 and they needed a bit more to be done. I bought a chocolate frosting from the store and put it on the brownies while they were still warm. This melted the frosting a bit - then I put the brownies in the fridge to cool. Very good! Will make this again an again!

Buitoni's Garden Pasta Salad

Loved it! This is now the only pasta salad recipe I will make! I did put in halved cherry tomatoes instead of chopped. I used Newmans own Italian Parmesan Dressing. I did add some more right before serving as with all pasta salads the pasta soaks up the dressing some. Guests loved it!

Great recipe! I did as others suggested and cut back on the ranch seasoning - I used 2 tbsp - and probably could have used a bit more. Made the rest exactly as the recipe stated and everyone gobbled them up! Definitely a keeper!!

Warm Shrimp Salad

This salad was surprisingly good! This could make a meal - it was quite filling. Only thing I left out was the cucumbers b/c my husband doesn't care for them. Great recipe!!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Cheesecake was very good. Next time I'll double the crust - seemed a little thin. I did the water bath as others suggested - note that if you do this the cheesecake needs to cook longer - about an hour and a half. Will make again.

Kettle Corn

So I've never had kettle corn at the fair. The only kettle corn I've had is the kind out of a bag you put in the microwave. I'm not sure how this was supposed to turn out - it sort of has a glaze over it. It is very good and I'll make it again. I think I burnt some of the bottom b/c some pieces are a carmalized brown color. The flavor reminds me of a popcorn ball.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

Made it for my husband for Valentine's Day. He LOVED it!! I followed the instructions exactly. It did take longer to cook than 10 minutes to get the meat to rare. Probably about 18. Definitely a keeper!

Honey Butter
