Absolutely the Best Nacho Dip Ever

Thought this was a great recipe. The only changes I made was to the toppings - seemed like it needed a little more. I added sliced olives, chopped jalepeno peppers & omitted the cucumbers. I was going to put them on but my husband said no (he doesn't really like them) We both thought it was great and unique tasting compared to other taco dips out there. Will definitely make again! I had to come back. I've made this recipe several times and everyone loves it. It gets gobbled up and I always get compliments.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Great recipe! Did everything as stated - just added crushed red pepper on top of the topping. Left one without to taste the difference - both were very good. The red pepper did give it a more colorful look. A keeper!

Easy Mini Quiches

These were good & easy to prepare. I used 1 cup swiss cheese - next time I will use 2 cups. I also used 1/2 cup baking mix. I cooked mine for about 12 minutes - next time I'll cook a little less.

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

We enjoyed this recipe. Only made very small changes. After cooking the chicken I put it on our plates and put the chopped tomato (which I had soaked in the basalmic vinegrette) and chopped mozzerella on top of the chicken. Then sprinkled dried basil on top (didn't have the fresh) Very good, will make again!

Roasted Rack of Lamb

Made it for my husband for Valentine's Day. He LOVED it!! I followed the instructions exactly. It did take longer to cook than 10 minutes to get the meat to rare. Probably about 18. Definitely a keeper!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Cheesecake was very good. Next time I'll double the crust - seemed a little thin. I did the water bath as others suggested - note that if you do this the cheesecake needs to cook longer - about an hour and a half. Will make again.

Warm Shrimp Salad

This salad was surprisingly good! This could make a meal - it was quite filling. Only thing I left out was the cucumbers b/c my husband doesn't care for them. Great recipe!!

Easy Punch

Ended up having to use fruit punch because I couldn't find strawberry. This is a nice punch recipe and I'll make it again. I made it for a baby shower and everyone commented on how good it was. Only thing is that this recipe makes A LOT!! I halfed it and we still had a ton left over. If this is the only thing you are serving at your party it will be fine - but we had other beverages and had a lot left over.

Great recipe! I did as others suggested and cut back on the ranch seasoning - I used 2 tbsp - and probably could have used a bit more. Made the rest exactly as the recipe stated and everyone gobbled them up! Definitely a keeper!!

Buitoni's Garden Pasta Salad

Loved it! This is now the only pasta salad recipe I will make! I did put in halved cherry tomatoes instead of chopped. I used Newmans own Italian Parmesan Dressing. I did add some more right before serving as with all pasta salads the pasta soaks up the dressing some. Guests loved it!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

LOVE this recipe!! I did make small changes after reading the reviews. I put in 3/4 cup peanut butter. Used an 8x8 pan - cooked at 325 for about 50-55 minutes - but I checked at about 40 and they needed a bit more to be done. I bought a chocolate frosting from the store and put it on the brownies while they were still warm. This melted the frosting a bit - then I put the brownies in the fridge to cool. Very good! Will make this again an again!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Made exactly as the recipe states - except the peas as I forgot them at the store (i just added a bit more carrots & celery to make up for it) this recipe was awesome!! Mine wasn't dry at all! I cooked for 30 minutes and let rest for 10. I could have cooked it for 40 and it would have thickened a bit more. But it was very yummy! Will be making this again!!

No-Fuss Meat Loaf

I don't really like meat loaf - and I ate this, but I won't make it again. My husband liked it - he did say it was kind of bready. For people who like meat loaf I think you'll like this recipe.
