Jamie's Minestrone
My 11 yr old son made this tonight. We loved it. I agree though, it did end up needing more chicken broth on it's own, though his needed even more because we tossed in lots of veggies. Thanks!

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta
I tweak this a little by adding sauteed onions, peppers, a little celery, mushrooms and garlic...totally yum! We also use crawfish when the season is right! Dats gooood eatin'!

Cajun Shrimp Soup
Very good! Watch the crab boil if you have a sensitive mouth...over here we add a little smidge more-we are Louisianan's though lol!
