Hot Fudge Pudding Cake III

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
This was in between bad and ok, i would never serve this to anyone. It needs something i even added vanilla, To me it was a waste of ingrediants, then it overflowed like a volcano in my oven so now my house smells burnt. Very easy to make so i gave it 2 stars but not worth the effort, sorry.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
These were delicious, i must say they are very delicate and need extra attention to remove from the sheet, they are thin cookies. I just baked the next batch on parchment paper, easy to remove no problems with them falling apart. I did not have cloves so i used nutmeg and it was a great substitution and i used regular crisco and not butter flavored cuz i did not have it. Next time i will use all butter cuz i like a crispy cookie vs a chewy cookie. If you like chewy make as is. Hubby said they were perfect and i agree. thanks.

I am rating the bread, and i LOVED it i will never buy shells again. They were perfect, i used my own taco mix and i just thought wow they took my taco to a whole new level. With leftovers i did sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on them and that was very tasty too.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2008
This was excellent, i needed a recipe to use up my leftover french bread. I did not have any sun dried tomatoes and it was still perfect, i followed the rest of the recipe as is. My tomoates did not fall off at all, what i did was i had the mozzeralla cut thin like for sandwhich, i then sliced it in half and then cut it into very thin slices, and placed the cheese on top in rows. No falling tomoatoes and perfect recipe.

Grandpa's Popcorn Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
These are great, not too sweet cuz i love sweet. These were easy i did not have a candy thermometer so i did as the poster said with the waterbath. Also to anyone that wants to know how much popcorn is needed to make 5 quarts you will need to measure your kernals right in between 2/3 and 1 cup on a measuring cup. (4 quarts is 2/3 cup and 6 quarts is 1 cup)
