Spicy Oven Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
i thought this needed more seasoning, i mean i had to add my famous bbq sauce cuz it did not taste like much of anything, this was no where near spicy i would have let me 2 yeadr old daughter eat it. Dont get me wrong it was ok and ill make again, ill add more seasoning next time and i did not have a problem with the breading falling off.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
This was so good, i dont know how you can mess it up and i did not even have a candy thermometer, i just cooked it to the perfect amber color. This is what i did, i stirred the sugar and butter until it was melted then i just left it alone on medium heat, i did stir once i saw the color change but for the most part left it alone, when it was the perfect color i did the water test it was brittle and perfect, i then poured it on prachment paper and stuck it in the frig, OMg it was good and tasted just that the candy bar...yummy very easy

These get 5 stars for so many reasons, it was so easy to make and all the ingrediants are right at your fingertip, these were excellent, i did only add 3/4 tsp of salt, 4 T of butter, and add slightly more sugar, but i used vanilla sugar, perfect pancakes perfect breakfast. Who needs a box i will never ever make a box recipe again. i did end up with 12 using 1/4 cup to measure them also i dont know how people said they were thick did you sift the dry ingrediants mine were no where near thick. Tortillas II

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
These are great but i had to make them twice the first batch did not have enough water, so they were hard and craking and i surely could not bend them, i threw that batch out and tried again, this time i added water until the dough formed a ball but was almost to the sticky stage but if you get to the sticky stage add more flour, i formed little balls and I let them rest for 30 mins, you should be able to roll out the dough without any cracks forming along the edges and it not be sticky, when cooked they were perfect i was able to bend them and they are going to be perfect in tonight dinner. Good luck all

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
This is without a doubt the best recipe i have made on this site, pf chang's eat your heart out. I did as directed except i did not have any ginger this was worth every ingrediant in it. I was in fat hog heaven eating them. It made a lot too wow i should have cut it in half but i plan to eat it all. I dont know why people said it was dry mine was so not dry. I used gound beef chicken and pork mixture and cooked that with onions at one time drained, then put everything else in the pan stirred to coat and them put in a bowl to set. Perfect!! i also made the oriental dipping sauce that a couple people mentioned just in case it was dry but it wasnt that sauce was the bomb too. I dont think words will do this recipe justice Thank you thank you thank for a wonderful dinner.
