The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Why a 4?? cuz these cookies are bland i made as is, i even made them tiwce and added more sugar and vanille which made them good, but following exactly a 4. plus my cookies spread, but i chalk that to user error. i will probably never make again, Nothing is wrong with this i just found a 10 star recipe.

Classic Waffles

This is a 10 all the way, i did add some more sugar cuz i like sweet and i did add a little cinnamon, perfect. I did beat the eggs before i added milk to incorporate some air in them yumm-o!! ETA: these freeze so well, i popped them in the toaster and just as good as when i first made them. These are a 10, i plan to make these every week and freeze them and eat a yummy breakfast everyday!!

Rich Chocolate Frosting

This stuff was so good and so what the doctor ordered, i wanted something chocolatey, so i made cupcakes with this. I was in heaven it is so good, it is so good, i licked the mixers like a little kid it was so good!! did i mention this is so good.

Candied Kielbasa

ok i didnt have keilbasa so i used smoked sausage and man oh man this was good, i only made enough for 2 last night so i remade it again today, it was so easy and so quick, i did cook on the stove top, this was great i did not think it was too sweet perfect as written, this will become a regular

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

These were excellent, moist and delicious, i have no idea how this could be dry. I made half the recipe and the only change was i added 1/2t of vanilla. I also made the frosting from clone of a cinnabun, to me that recipe is a 10, this one is a 9.5. so easy and so freaking good yumm-o

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

haha this sauce is funny, when i first mixed it up and tasted it, i was like this tastes like nothing, so i let it sit, one hour later i was like this is good, 5 hours later i was like man this is excellent, the longer it sat the better it got. i also used fresh herbs cuz that is all i had and i had no marjoram i used it with jay signature crust, great dinner. yumm-o

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This was a great crust, I pre baked it for 7 mins, then i spread some garlic butter on it, then put all my topping on it and baked it for 15 more mins perfect, i paired this with the esquisite pizza sauce. I spread it really thin but it still puffed it and was huge. I used the leftovers to make bread sticks and spread garlic butter and garlic powder on top. yumm-o

Maple Glazed Pork Loin

i thought this was really good, my daughter ate it up. this is a keeper, i cooked it for 1 hour it was a little pink inside but when it was resting it kept cooking bringing it to a perfect moist loin when we ate it,i did also baste when in the oven

Hot and Sweet Dipping Sauce

this was very spicy and i love spicy, but it never thickened up for me, i added cornstarch and it still did not thicken up so i used it as a glaze on some shrimp very good still

Nacho Cheese Sauce

i thought this was really good, i made the recipe just as follows and it was not too think, i also measured the ingrediants exactly, if you put too much flour it will get to thick, 4 stars cuz it is a good base, i dont think it tasted like nacho cheese sauce, i added 2T of jalapeno juice, a dash of cumin, chili powder and a little more salt and then it tasted like nacho cheese sauce thanks very good.

i have made these many times and they are soooo good, they just need to be eaten right out the oven, so make only what you plan on eating no need to waste any, i sprinkled them with season sea salt so yummy
