Basil Shrimp
Not a bad appetizer! I see what people say about being a little salty (definitely next time..No extra salt!) I changed the ingredients a little: Used "I cannot believe it's not butter-spray" and I didn’t have any problems after they got cold. I used Dijon mustard and the flavor was great! I used already cooked shrimp (as I had those in my freezer!). Perhaps this is why I didn’t get the “grill-looking” appearance on the kabobs. Next time I’ll use raw shrimp. This is a keeper!

Rum Balls I
I really don't like to mix alcohol with sweets but my husband really wanted me to make these. Crashed everything in the food processor oh! And only had Malibu Coconut Rum (didn’t have regular) and the taste is unbelievable! I am hoping to hide them from my husband and wait a week for the flavor to incorporate! (Doubt they will “survive” with my husband around! :o) ) Great recipe. I will serve it at my upcoming Martini Party! UPDATE: I made them again and I mixed almonds instead of pecans (I confused them...don’t ask me why :( ) and they are not bad...but definitely they are much better with pecans

Strawberry Dream Cake I
I made this cake last night. I waited 32 minutes as some reviewer advised but it was still liquid. So I let it another 10 minutes. I haven't tasted it but there is a “big whole” in the middle of my cake. I am sure I baked it too long but it looked to me incredible watery. I mean, I understand it was going to be moist but this was almost liquid!. I will tell you later how the frosting comes up and if at least the taste is great! so far 3 stars for the recipe. UPDATE: I didn’t like it but my husband loved it! It seems awefully a lot of work for a cake that taste as a regular cake but very moist (even though I cooked it longer that I supposed..the middle of the cake was still liquid!) for the frosting I used strawberry cream cheese and I DID love it! I will use this in another cake!
