Poppy Seed Dressing I

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2007
Great recipe! I used apple cider vinegar, rather than white distilled, light mayonnaise added about 1/2 a tsp of onion powder, one teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and left out the milk... it tastes just like what I could buy at the grocery store!!!

The Meatball that Fell Off the Table

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2007
I baked these in a 425 degree oven rather than frying them... and I left out the sauce... but my family LOVED them! I made them about a month ago, and am going to make them again tonight! Thank you so much!!! :)

Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2007
This is great! I made it in two round pans for a layer cake... I didn't use coffe, but just another cup of milk... I frosted it with a condensed milk frosting... it's divine! But definitely add some salt to balance out the flavors!

Banana Bread V

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2007
Mmmm! This is probably the best banana bread I've ever made! It's really moist and flavorful... I added two tsps of vanilla along with some cinnamon and nutmeg. It came out great that way... I also used brown sugar instead of white. I'm going to make this from now on! Super simple, and super good!

Honey Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2007
WOW!!! These are the best bran muffins I've ever made... or ever had!!! I was really afriad of how they would turn out because I live in Colorado and so far all of my baked goods have turned out aweful! Luckily I read online that if you add ten degrees to the oven temp, and shorten the cooking time, the baked goods will come out fine! So I baked them at 410 for 20 minutes in a regular sized silicon muffin pan. I didn't have raisins but I'm sure they would have turned out even better with them... I used apple juice instead of pineapple juice... But they are awesome!!!
