I am a 63 y/o with many children and grandchildren, used to cooking for 30 to 40 people at family gatherings. Now I live alone with my husband, and we try to make HEALTHY dishes that also TASTE GOOD!
My favorite things to cook
Lasagna, and Paneed chicken or beef, in thin layers. But now I try hard to cook mostly healthy concoctions, mostly veggies!
My favorite family cooking traditions
One of my grandmothers was Cajun, another was Italian, and I grew up in New Orleans, where you can get the best food in the world! I learned from everyone.
