Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2007
Delicious! I didn't have pecans so I used walnuts instead, which was just as good. I thought the glaze was a bit too runny, but it added more flavor to the pound cake nevertheless. My cake was passed around and was gone in a few hours. I would definitely bake this again! Thanks for the recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

They were super soft and delicious. They didn't rise as I expected. The walnuts added to the texture. Very yummy!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
Delicious! I made it for my boyfriend's mother's birthday, and everyone loved it. It was rich enough that a glaze was not necessary. I balanced out the sweetness by filling the center hole with fresh raspberries and lightly dusting the whole cake with confectioners sugar. It was an easy recipe to follow. The result: chocolatey goodness!

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

Reviewed: May 3, 2007
I made and served these kabobs at my party as the main attraction, and everyone enjoyed them and wanted more. I let the beef sit in the marinade for 24 hours or more, which gave it the tenderness and succulent quality for the debut!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2007
Delicious! The crust needed to be sweetened a little. A friend suggested the following crust: 15 graham crackers, crushed; 1/4 cup butter, melted; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour; pat into a springform and bake for 5 minutes. Let cool completely before pouring cheesecake filling over. I opted to bake in a water bath, and it turned out better than I expected. I left everything else the way it was; the cheesecake was phenomenal! Everyone who has tried it loved it! I've baked 3 so far; my fourth one will come soon.
