Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was good. I added carrots, and cheese and paprika on top. After reading reviews i actually worried it would be to thin and ended making it too think! Im not too sure it will be good leftover. May have to thin it up a bit with some chicken broth

Marinade for Chicken

sooo good. Marinated over night and most the following day then put in oven at 375 for 35 minutes. turned out amazing. great paired with a rice recipe and veggies!~

the first time i made them i remember i altered it a little and it was soo yummy. the second time is was still just as good but a lot messier, kinda of all mixed together that time rather then layers, had to eat with a spoon.

I am very surprised people have liked this SO much. It was just ok to me. Def. needs some seasoning and is very chowder like. I made this to give me a break from my Cabbage soup diet...wonder if this is very healthy or not?

Throw Together Mexican Casserole

I liked this recipe. kinda felt like it was a lil random..but after all it is called throw together! I added diced tomatoes and onions...topped with crushed tortilla chips and cheese on top with some sour cream on the side!
