I love cooking. I just don't want to slave over a stove for more than 2hrs; it's too much. I cook for health and that's it. I'm no chef.

My favorite things to cook

Tacos. Very quick and simple.

My cooking tragedies

I tried to make grilled filet fish and it came out nice, but the taste was really bad. I didn't season it properly and the cheese and ham rice that was supposed to go with it had too much cheese. Complete disaster.
