Kingman's Vegan Zucchini Bread
Based on previous reviews, I cut the sugar by half. I also used ground flax instead of the seeds, substituted 1 cup of spelt flour for white flour, and added in a cup of raisins. I made mini muffins (came out to 4 dozen exactly). I baked them for 14 minutes and debating if I should have baked them longer. They came out heavy but tasty.

Easy Curry Couscous
I followed this recipe exactly with two minor changes. First, I microwaved the broth mixture in a microwave safe bowl and added the couscous to it afterward. Second, I omitted the salt since I used bouillon cubes to make the vegetable broth and they are salty. This recipe came out great! I definitely recommend adding the almonds!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I have to agree with another reviewer...the texture of the chicken wasn't very appealing. My family ate it but no one ate the leftovers, telling me that it was just an OK dish. I think next time I will coat the chicken with oil and bake the chicken at a high temperature (450) for 10-15 minutes first to sear the outside, then bake it at the lower temperature.
