Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
This dish was very good. I did find it to be a little salty though, I think I will be using less salt next time.

My sauce came out watery and was not creamy at all. The dish was still tasty and yummy just wish it was creamy.

cheesy keilbasa potato casserole

Good for a side dish. My family did not really care for this dish. I thought it was good the first few bites but got tired of it fast.

Easy Toffee Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
My sugar did not melt! They did set but fall apart easily. Because the sugar did not melt it is gritty on the bottom. If my sugar melted I would definitely give it five stars, very good minus the sugar problem.

Three-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
This was soooo good! I place frozen meatballs over the spaghetti then the sauce. I also put diced tomatoes in my sauce! Very very good, definitely will be making this again.

Mom's Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
This dish was very yummy! I used boneless chicken breast and strawberry jam as all I had in my house. I cooked the chicken for 40 minutes in the oven and I also put 1/4 cup water in the mixture as others suggested.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
The balsamic taste is very over powering in this dish. I suggest using less. My husband was the only one who liked it, I didn't mind it but I will not go out of my way to cook it again.

Garlic Red Potatoes

Way too much lemon for my liking. My potatoes were not cooked all the way through and I left them in the oven for another 15 minutes.

I marinated overnight and my chicken came out rubbery! Did not like at all. Tasted more like beef teriyaki than honey!

My family and I loved the meatballs, but were not big on the sauce plus my house smelled of garlic for a couple days after.
