Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2013
I found these very eggy. They looked good, but I couldn't bring myself to eat them, I threw out the whole pan. Had great reviews, maybe I did something wrong, but next time, I'll try another recipe.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
At first I was worried this was going to be a bland stew due to the lack of seasonings. I used a previous posters suggestion to use beef broth instead of water, and I added some celery, mushrooms and frozen peas as well. Very tasty, I will be making again.

Chili I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2003
This chili recipe was pretty good. Waaaay too many kidney beans though. I'd definately scale it back a bit. And, I didn't really find it that spicy hot, but again, everyone's tastes are different.

Melt In Your Mouth Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2003
This dish was fairly decent, however, I did find it a bit too salty as other people on here did as well. Next time, I'd maybe go with a bit less soy sauce, maybe 1/4 cup. There's plenty of liquid, so I can't see being that big of a deal. Also, next time, I think I'm gonna add some pineapple juice, just to sweeten it up a bit more. The meat was super tender though, it almost fell apart as I tried to take them out of the pan.

Best Bread Machine Bread

This bread is AWESOME. Light, fluffy, and very tasty. Not heavy and dense like so many other loaves I have made before. Smells great while it bakes, and tastes DELICIOUS.

American Lasagna

This is probably the BEST lasagna I've ever eaten, or made! I tend to make it with the oven ready noodles instead though.
