Fruit Dip
Light in taste and texture, but still creamy! I made this exactly as the recipe reads. I let it chill for an hour before serving, but it tasted better the next day. Thanks for the recipe!

Sopapilla Cheesecake
I made this exactly as the recipe instructs, and brought this cheesecake to a recent potluck where I received many compliments! While I only had a bite, my husband enjoyed two pieces and said I could make this for him anytime. Thanks for this great recipe!
