Chocolate Frosting I

This recipe was delicious. I didn't measure the sugar, as most reviewers suggested, so I don't know how much sugar I actually used. It felt like a lot, though. The taste was wonderful and very easy to spread onto a yellow cake I made. I will definitely use this again. Great flavor! (I recc using a bit more cocoa, as others suggested)

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

This was very yummy. I made this for Valentine's Day because cookie cake is my boyfriend's favorite kind of "cake." He absolutely loved this. I used a frosting recipe from here, and it just added to the goodness. I am keeping and using this recipe again in the future.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

I have been using this recipe for a little while now, and then I found it on here, too. This is a delicious pound cake! I love that it uses cream cheese. It's a very moist, dense pound cake. In my oven, I definitely had to bake this longer than the recipe calls for. It also was uncooked in some parts and cooked in others. You just have to be on top of it in the last half hour or baking. I won't use another pound cake recipe. This really is scrumptious!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I found this recipe and gave it to my mom for us to try. This was the first time we've ever had tilapia. OMG This recipe is to die for! My parents and I drooled over it. The fish was so wonderfully moist and full of flavor. I can't wait til she makes this again. I can imagine it will taste good on salmon and chicken as well. AWESOME!

Special Buttercream Frosting

I also rated this five stars, though I followed the advice of others and did half butter, half Crisco. It is really tasty and stiff enough for piping. The only thing I think I'd change is maybe next time cut back a bit on the Crisco and kick up the butter. I don't like any kind of greasy after taste in my frosting, and Crisco seems to always do that. If you cut it back a little, I'd imagine it'd be perfect! Yum. I'm definitely going to continue to use this.

Grandma's Moist Cake

This is a really yummy yellow cake! I've been looking for a homemade yellow cake recipe and after trying a recipe from one of my favorite TV cooks, and I was extremely disappointed. This is moist, just like it says. I made this with crushed up Reese's Pieces (as per my boyfriend's request) and it is just delicious. I'm coming back to this one.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

I made this as a part of my Mother's Day Brunch, and my family loved it! I reduced the egg and liquid measurements as suggested here, though I stuck with the dried oregano. Use the oregano! The smell of the sausage and seasoning while baking is divine. Really delicious. I'll make this again.

Baked French Toast

I made this for a Mother's Day brunch, and it was enjoyed by all. I'm not really a fan of any kind of French Toast, but my family loved it. The caramel sauce overtop the bread really made this dish. It gets very crunchy on top of the bread. It's very easy to make, as well.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I'll be honest and say baking this was a real pain for me, but it wasn't the recipe's fault. I didn't read enough of the reviewers' suggestions, so it wasn't as easy as I thought. I don't have a bread machine, so I used the suggestions, and my dough didn't seem to rise as much as I thought it would. The mixture for inside the buns spilled out the side as I rolled the dough! It made a big mess, but everything was well worth it. These were delicious, and I will attempt them many more times! Suggestion: Definitely put the cream cheese topping on as soon as it comes out of the oven. It's scrumptious!

Tina's Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh my goodness these are delicious! I made these tonight on a whim, and I'm very glad I did. When I tasted the batter, it didn't taste like anything special, so I added a bit of vanilla extract. They still didn't taste like anything exciting. The final product, however, is amazing. They are very buttery and scrumptious. I can'imagine these not satisfying a crowd!

DECADENT! There is no other word for these blondies. I absolutely loved them. I made no changes to this recipe. It's perfect as is. It's rich and delicious. I can't wait til I make them again!

Best Brownies

These were scrumptious and easy to make! The only concern I had was the way in which the frosting came together. I didn't think it came out right, but I worked to spread it out on the brownies, and it was so good. I'll definitely make these from now on!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

You seriously can not get an easier cookie. I make this recipe using all natural PB and Splenda (sometimes splenda for baking, which is the splenda/sugar blend). It's delicious! I definitely bake them for a bit longer than 8 minutes. Maybe about 12 or so? I will definitely use this recipe at Christmas time for the people who prefer JIF or Skippy with regular sugar. YUMMY

Deep Dish Brownies

This brownies are delicious! I'm giving it four stars because I followed the advice of the others who tweaked the recipe a bit. I didn't stay true to the recipe, so I can't give it a perfect five stars. Anyway, these are definitely the best homemade brownies I've tried. They made the entire house smell like chocolate. It was incredible. I sprinkled some chocolate chips, as well, and it just perfected it. I also used the Cream Cheese frosting II recipe on here. It wasn't too sweet and was the perfect compliment.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

I also followed the advice of the most helpful reviewers on here and in the product was delicious! I stored them in an airtight container for about a week or so before now, and they still taste delicious. Soft and full of cream cheese flavor. I paired them with the Sugar Cooking Icing found on the site, as well, and the pairing was great. I will definitely make these again.

My favorite part of this recipe is that it is full of "meat." I prefer the full fruit flavor. They're really delicious and a perfect festive treat around Christmas time.

I took the advice of reviewers here, and these came out very good. I'm used to mixing things with a mixer, so doing this by hand was interesting but definitely worth it! They came out very pretty, and the resident snickerdoodle critic, my mother, loved them! Will make again.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Oh my goodness, these might be my absolute favorite new cookie! They are incredibly easy. Definitely take the advice of other reviewers here and place the entire pan in the refrigerator after placing the cups into the cookie. I have a mini muffin pan that worked great for this recipe. I rolled the dough into smallish balls and dropped them in the tin. Amazing recipe!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

These are very yummy and rich! I followed the advice of other reviewers who used 1t of baking powder and 1t of baking soda, and it was an excellent suggestion. My cookies came out of the oven puffy and pretty! They are deliciously fudgy-like. One suggestion: After you form them a bit, press them down somewhat with the back of a spoon. I didn't do this the first time, so my first batch didn't spread. They are still delicious, though. Can't wait to serve them at tomorrow's Super Bowl party!
