Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake
I made this recipe with no problems. I used 1 whole carton (16oz) of strawberries and mashed them to make a little over 2 cups. I also arranged sliced strawberries on the bottom before adding the mashed strawberries so it could look pretty when I flipped it over (didn't really make a difference, oh well). First I placed the sliced strawberries and sprinkled it generously with the jello, then I poured the mashed strawberries and added the rest of the jello, 6oz does look like alot, but it was perfect. Then I let that sit and marinade while I made the cake mix. Not sure why I needed to add marshmallows but I used just 1 cup not 3. Overall, very good. Served it with ice cream.

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
This recipe get 4 star because it was the base of my recipe or adjustments. I did like people said and used 3 onions (wish I used 4 or 5). 2 TSP of Cumin and 3 TSP of Garam Masala along with a stick of cinnamon in the onions. 1 stick of butter (maybe next time 1/2 butter & 1/2 Olive Oil) I also used about 3-3/4 to 4 Cups of Chicken Stock with the lentils and Basmati Rice. I like lentils and carrots so I added 1 shredded carrot stick to the onions toward the end. No leftovers for me

Kim's Chicken Alfredo
Everyone seem to enjoy this recipe. I just did a few adjustments... I added 1/2 of a chopped onions with the garlic, used 1/2 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, no water just 1 cup of milk, doubled the parmesan cheese and also added a cup of white cheddar cheese. I also used mini penne pasta. I think next time I will use fresh herbs and lower sodium soup.
