Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
Moist, rich, and chocolately! I did use half white sugar and half brown sugar like others suggested. ***I made 2 different recipes (rated about the same) from this website. I took them to work to see which one was more preferred. Hands down, these brownies won! Even the brownie queen loved these! Hats off to you Brooke! Thanks for the recipe.

Double-Delight Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
This recipe is great for an easy and fast fix, but if you have the time, I highly recommend making homemade peanut butter cookie dough from scratch and then using the "middle" with it. Yummier! Nothing against ready-made cookie dough, but homemade always taste better. Thanks for the recipe!

This was okay, but too much like regular terriyaki. I even halfed the soy sauce. Not like what I had in Korea.

Grilled Venison Backstrap

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2007
My husband and his family are long time hunters. They were very skeptical about this recipe, I decided to use whitetail and they couldn't believe how delicious it turned out! They took this recipe to share with their fellow hunters, and want to try it on other types of wild game. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
All of my life I have had "boiled" corned beef. This recipe is delicious! The corned beef turned out very tender. Me and my family loved it! The apples in the cabbage was good, but something seemed to be missing. Will try different things and let you know what I find. Thanks for the hint about cooking at 250, I think that made the difference. I will never boil again.....
