Rum Balls I
These are wonderful, shared them with friends and teachers. I used 1/4 cup honey instead of corn syrup mixed with the water. I did not have cocoa, and they were still excellent. I used 1/4 cup rum. They have sat for a week in the fridge....they only get better. Be sure to roll them in confectioners (again) sugar before serving.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I finished making this bread today for Thanksgiving (in two days). I had to shoo my kids (teens) away, because after one taste, they wanted more. I used half applesauce and half oil and 1 cup of brown sugar and 2 of white sugar. I made mini muffins and used Pam and sugar in the tins to keep them from stinking. I like to make mini muffins because they are bite size (actually two bites), easy to freeze and they only take 10 minutes to cook. Put them in a basket and they make a wonderful gift. Wonderful recipe, thanks!!

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets
Nice and easy, everyone enjoyed it. I used low fat plain yogurt (no sour cream) and added the mustard. In the seasonings I added garlic powder and at the last minute I decided to throw in some curry. Next time, I will add more curry. I used a non stick pan a little extra oil and had no problem with the breading falling off. I always heat the pan before I add the oil, then the cutlets sizzle when put them in. Good stuff!
