Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Fantastic recipe! I baked the turkey in a bag and turned the bird upside down so the juices would keep the breast meat moist.

This was a tasty way to get rid of all the leftovers before the food spoiled. I used my leftover greenbean casserole instead of just plain greenbeans. Plus I didnt have any potatoes or leftover mashed potatoes. So I used instant potatoes which was just as tasty!

Dark Chocolate Cake I

This is a great chocolate cake recipe. Like the others recommended I used a cooking spray that had flour mixed in and covered the cake pans. I used cake flour instead of regular flour and still siffed the flour,powder, baking soda and salt well together. And I substituted herseys special dark powder instead of the regular cocoa powder. I had to extend my cooking time by 10 minutes due to the centers were undone. I did turn down the temperature to 320 so I would not dry or burn the rest of the cake. It came out so light and fluffy with the perfect chocolate taste! I did use the cream cheese frosting II as a crumb coat and the chocolate ganache recipe from this website.

Chocolate Ganache

Simple and easy! I only added a small splash of rum and used this over a chocolate cake that had a cream cheese frosting layer underneath.

BLT Pasta Salad

This was a great pasta salad but I followed some of the other ladies modifications by using the Hidden valley ranch dressing packet. Plus I used green onions instead of regular ones and added peas and orange peppers.

Pork Chops in Beer

Fanastic! The sauce was a tad runny will use some corn starch next time. But my hubby smacked his lips with satisfaction. I also followed the tips of using a dash of Worst. Sauce and garlic salt.

Blonde Brownies I

I followed the advice of others referencing the baking powder. Otherwise I followed the recipie, but it didnt turn out your typical brownie batter and more like cookie dough. Tasted okay, but Im not sure why it was more of a cookie form than brownies.

Minnesota Pork Chops

This was fantastic and a hit in my household. I omitted the canned mushrooms and bullion. Also I used a can of unsalted cream of mushroom soup, due to I thought it would be salty enough with just adding the salt.

The Ultimate Brownie

Success! I followed others advice on using a bigger pan. I made these for a couple who i house sat for and they argued over the last one! Terrible how chocolate can cause such problems! :o)
