When I make a meal I generally make enough to freeze for several meals. I love to cook, I toss items about the kitchen, keep a clean rag on my shoulder and experament with anything.
Clean up goes to the next person in line.
My favorite things to cook
Beef, fish, poultry... sort of down home country boy style.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Dad was a wonderful cook... the best spaghetti sauce from scratch. Pastafagolli (?) and homemade baked beans. Dad was an awesome cook but my Uncle in his own right was equally as awesome. One was spiced one was just hot. They were the best part of my life, I miss them and love them both and know at least one is serving the Lord and I can only hope the other one is as well.
My cooking triumphs
When I cook meals or throw parties I make so much food that you could not possibly leave hungry. I even take into concideration my Islamic friends and pay close attention to what and how I serve dinner.
My cooking tragedies
Apple glazed pork roast. The worst!
