Fabulous! Took a few pieces to the office for my friend and somehow the scent attracted others out of THEIR offices and they were begging for a piece! I had to bring my friend some more the next day cause everyone gobbled hers up!

Great recipe, easy, quick and cant go wrong. For those with gluten problems, instead of soy sauce, get the gluten free worchestershire sauce from Shop Rite.

GREAT! For gluten free just substitute rice flour for wheat flour, and add 1 glass water. I didnt have buttermilk only regular and it came out just so good and moist and extremely tasty!!!

I've made this wonderful pie so many times, but I double it and bake it in a big square pan; it's perfect as is, but you can also add about 1/2 cup honey to make it even more gooey! Thanks!
