Braised Pork Ragu

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
This was amazing! So much flavor and really easy. I cubed pork loin and simmered it all for 1 1/2 hours to ensure tenderness. Served over firm corkscrew pasta. So good!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
Excellent! Three kids, my husband, and myself all liked it. Made as written except cut the chicken into bite size pieces first, and simmered a little less time. Great flavor.

Ginger Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2010
These are really good. Listen to the "fill half full" direction, as I filled more and it stuck miserably and the tops pulled off, my bad. They taste awesome. My 5 year old said these are the best gingerman cookie muffin tops ever =)

Baked Zucchini Squares

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
These squares were very good. At first the zucchini looked like too much for the batter to handle, but it baked up nicely. A great side dish.

Best Ever Split Pea

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
This was really, really good. It cooked in one and a half hours for me and it was perfect. Threw in some small diced potatoes in the last half hour, otherwise didn't make any changes. Thanks!

I halved the recipe, except used the full amount of spices, sprinkled with butterscotch chips and it made 12 perfectly sized muffins. Excellent!

Italian Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2009
I made this as a hot dish and it was okay. Maybe better cold? I would give it 3 stars for hot but to be fair I give 4 stars because I think it would be good cold.

Barbecue Pork On Buns

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
I used about a 5lb loin of pork and cut it into four pieces, rubbed with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cooked on high for 5 hours, shredded it and put back in for an hour. For extra bbq flavor I added an additional 1/2 cup bottled bbq sauce to the pot after it was done. The whole family went mmmmmm after every bite! So good.

So easy and very tasty. It made so much sauce that we will use leftovers for another meal with broccoli over rice. Nice!
