Balsamic Mushrooms
I only gave 4 stars because I didn't have white wine and used cooking sherry instead (which is yummy, btw). The first time I made this was almost exactly to the recipe. Tonight I added chopped green bell peppers. Yum! I served it over lettuce. :0)

Kale Chips
I liked these a lot. I am looking forward to trying different seasonings. One I want to try is soy sauce, and another is balsamic vinegar. I'll also try regular sea salt once, maybe some garlic powder another time, possibly Italian herbs. :) I shook the pan every two minutes and baked them for about 12 minutes. My two year old ate about 5 pieces (pretty good for him). The rest only lasted about 15 minutes because I couldn't stop. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
Yum! I followed almost everything to the T, but I didn't have cooking sherry or onion powder(so I used a heaping teaspoon of dried minced onions instead). This is great. I'll be making "steaks" and freezing them for when baby2 arrives in June. That way I can skip the patty-making step. :0)
