Grilled Asian Chicken
Thanks for a great recipe! By heating the marinade, the garlic and ginger release their flavors. While it stands very well on its own, for my tastes, I did add a splash of rice vinegar to give it some acidity and siraccha sauce for spice.

Roasted Pork Loin
This turned out delicious so thank you for a great recipe. I had fresh rosemary on hand so I chopped it very, very fine and mixed it with the garlic, olive oil and panko bread crumbs to make a crust. When just about done, I put it under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp the crust further. The whole family, including 2 teenagers, really loved it, so thanks again!
