M's Sloppy Joe Sauce
Everything about this was wonderful, flovor, easy to make and quick!! I will make this again and try other meats!!

Mexican Sour Cream Rice
I have to say that this one of the best rice sides I have ever made! The only changes I made were to use low fat yogurt instead of sour cream (didn't have any on hand) and I had no cilantro so I added dried chives. These small changes were perfect and I will make this side again and agian and again!!!

Spinach Apple Salad
I have made this at least 20 times and each time I love it even more! I don't know why I even bother making any other kind of salad as this is the beat by far.
