Luscious Slush Punch
I have made this punch at every special occasion or party I have hosted for the past couple of years and it is without fail the best bunch in the world! Everyone who has ever tasted it requests it for any upcoming event. I did cut the sugar to 1 1/2 cups, but other than that it is perfect. I freeze it in gallon ziplock bags and defrost it only enough so that I can break it apart with my hands. I use a potato masher to carefully mash it once it is in the punch bowl. It is best if it is still very slushy. I have used 7up and sprite zero. Both taste great and it is a little less bad for you with sprite zero. I can't say enough how great it is!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This pie absolutely lives up to its name! I have tried many pumpkin and sweet potato pie recipes, and this one outshines them all. I placed a small piece of aluminum foil around the edges before baking to prevent burned crust. **Make sure to follow the directions exactly and bake at 425 for ONLY 15 min. before reducing heat to 350. I forgot one of the times I made these and the result was a disaster.**
