This turned out perfect and I have never tried to make a cheesecake before...I did follow some tips from other reviewers and didn't beat the mix too much, put aluminum foil under the springform pan and placed it in about 1/2" of water. I also let it bake for the full time and then left the door open as it cooled. It really didn't look done so it was tempting to keep baking it., but so many people said to just let it sit. However, it turned out perfect with no cracks and everyone loved it. I am passing around the recipe.
