Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I had so many requests for this recipe during my Thanksgiving party! I only made 2 changes....added a raw egg & used Pepp Farm stuffing mix instead of cubing up the bread....I was in a jam. I also stuffed it in the turkey...so 3! This will be a holiday staple now.

Peppered Green Beans

This was simple to make and a really good dish. It does look pretty with the red splashed in. I had to use balsalmic vinagarette, but I think it is probably about the same! Thank you~~

I like recipes that are very simple and this one turned out great! I used light feta & ran out of propane just in time for grilling, but they were still very tasty.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This turned out perfect and I have never tried to make a cheesecake before...I did follow some tips from other reviewers and didn't beat the mix too much, put aluminum foil under the springform pan and placed it in about 1/2" of water. I also let it bake for the full time and then left the door open as it cooled. It really didn't look done so it was tempting to keep baking it., but so many people said to just let it sit. However, it turned out perfect with no cracks and everyone loved it. I am passing around the recipe.

Easter Lamb Cake II

I made this for the first time this Easter. It was pretty easy and turned out well. I had a problem with it leaning way over, but that was just from being a first timer and not a problem with the recipe! I used tinted frosting (just a drop of food coloring) to get the blue eyes and pink nose. The family loved it and look forward to having it next Easter!

Grilled Tuna with Pineapple Salsa

I made this last night & followed the recipe exactly. It is a great dish...the pineapple salsa went really well with the tuna & the jalapenos gave it just enought kick. I think the salsa would be good with other dishes too. I will make this one again.
