Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

This pound cake was very easy to make & tastes wonderful! I followed another users advice & only put in 2 1/2 cups of sugar so it wasn't overly sweet. I also added 2 teaspoons of almond extract & it added a wonderful light flavor to complement the vanilla. I used the Pro Ganache recipe to cover my cake & it tastes wonderful! I suggest not trying your cake out until it completely cools though. I was bummed when I tried it warm & it wasn't what I thought it would taste like but after cooling over night it was absolutely heavenly! We'll see how bunko likes it tonight!

Pro Ganache

This recipe was extremely easy to make & it looks great on my cake! It looks like a "Pro" made my cake. Very good flavor also! Definitely a keeper!

Michelle's Coconut Chicken Curry

This was heavenly! My boyfriend had 2nds which is always a good indicator. It was exactly what I was wanting & the flavor was delish. As the some of the other members suggested I added the lime juice, brown sugar, & a cut up potato. This will go in my recipe book as a keeper.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

These turned out really good! The only thing I'd do different next time is add more cheese & make it sharp cheddar to give it an extra zip. Yummy!

Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops

It was ok. It was a different flavor than what I was expecting & my boyfriend thought it tasted like fancy soap. I think if I made this again I would skip the cinnamon all together. Just didn't do it for me.

Chicken Marsala

This was super easy & soooo good! I seriously wanted to lick my plate when I was done. I added extra mushrooms to mine & after it was done cooking I removed the chicken & stirred in a little cornstarch to make a gravy/sauce to pour over the chicken. Loved it!

Baked Pork Spring Rolls

My boyfriend & I both LOVED these. I added a little more oyster sauce & chile sauce since we are such big fans of the 2. I also always double the recipe so that I don't have leftover wrappers sitting in my fridge w/ no use. Great w/ jasmine rice to complete the meal. Would definitely recommend!
