I love this!! My first attempt at Curry and it has become a staple comfort food in my home. I do not like coconut so I omit the coconut milk and increase the yogurt and I like mine with a whole can of tomato paste (6 oz.).If you like things a little more spicy you can certainly turn up the heat with an increase in the cayenne. Also, this recipe can be duplicated with the use of Chinese curry powder too!

This was awesome! I love tuna and this was a great way to add some variety to my usual fall back recipes. I had real onion on hand so chopped it finely and mixed right in, also followed other recommendation and used one can of chicken and mushroom soups. Also topped the dish with an additional cup of cheese. I felt it needed a little extra flavor, so I added garlic and paprika, celery salt and white pepper. This will be a new family favorite for sure!

This was delicious, and a nice recipe to have on hand for chicken breasts. I added some mayo and shredded cheese to the mixture, baked for about 40 min and the chicken was perfectly tender! Served over egg noodles.This will be a cold weather recipe for sure!

I love this for a quick and easy appetizer for a big crowd. It's easy to use what you have on hand too! I prefer to mix the taco seasoning into the sour cream, minus the cream cheese, instead of mixing into the beans. Also, if expecting leftovers I recommend a light layer of salsa due to it getting a bit watery if kept a few days.The ice berg lettuce can easily be subtracted and I typically use a finely shredded mexican cheese blend, cheddar is a bit too coarse. Also a guacamole layer is a tasty addition!

This was a great quick and easy recipe in a pinch. I used it as a base for a egg quiche with breakfast sausage and green/red peppers. I had all of the ingredients on hand and it made just enough to fit a 9 inch round pan. This is a keeper!

This was my first attempt at making Christmas dinner and I am so glad I trusted this recipe.It was perfect!! The only thing I would change next time is to put pineapple and cherries on halfway through cooktime, they were falling off and soggy. I did not use a bag and basted every 15minutes or so which was so worth it.Yummy!! This recipe is a Christmas keeper.

This dish was amazing!! So easy to make and prepare, I made this for Christmas morning and it will definately be on the menu for years to come!

Delicious! This is officially my new signature pie recipe! so, easy to make and the crunchy topping was a pleasant suprise.The only changes I made were as follows, extended the cook time by 8 minutes which results in the perfect golden brown.Also, I used a store bought pie crust which was very tasty and time saving! everything else i did as recipe calls, enojy!

This was good but after reading previous reviews..made many alterations. I opted to use the pizza crust and only one, used about a cup and a half of ham and just eyed the brocoli,cheese, and mayo.Heated the mixture in microwave for about 3-5 min. stirring. Next time I would make even less filling (serving two people) and possibly try using velveeta the shredded cheese is much too greasy and made for soggy left-overs..Also I sprinkled the crust with Mrs.Dash seasoning mix after cutting strips which really boosted the flavor..Other than that very yummy..Good with chicken too!! And it really does look beautiful when golden brown.

Awesome Easter dessert. Unfortunately I own a smaller version Trifle bowl so i was only able to layer the angel food twice. Next time I would use half the sour cream, and add only one cup of milk to the pudding mixture, instead of two, it was much too runny. I used more than the recommended amounts of fruit, also for easier scooping, chunk the cake as other reviewers recommend.

I made this recipe this evening it was wonderful..I replaced the water with chicken broth and more than it called for.closer to 4 1/2 cups and almost doubled the vegetables.delicious and plenty for leftovers!

I made this dessert for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit! I am now designated dessert maker in the family! Also serving with whipped cream really makes the dish colorful and smooth.
