I am in my mid thirties with two wonderful children. My wife loves my cooking as do my children. I attended high school in Etobicoke, Ontario and have lived in many different cities and towns. My mother was a pastry chef and my father was for a short time a chef before taking up Carpentry. So I got to learn many different aspects of cooking from the two of them.
My favorite things to cook
I mostly enjoy foreign and different meals. I also really enjoy making desserts and some breads.
My favorite family cooking traditions
At Christmas time the whole family used to get together and we'd have at least six or seven people in the kitchen. Now it is time to start a new tradition with my wife and children.
My cooking triumphs
I'd have to say that my best cooking triumph was a pot roast that I made. It came out better then I thought possible. I've also surprise myself with a Hungarian Tenderloin, awesome recipe.
My cooking tragedies
Alas my biggest tragedy has been a souffle. Total disaster. Recently I got a little to busy and left some sausages on the BBQ and well need I say more. Talk about charcoal.
