These were fantastic! I made no adjustments and thought they were the perfect. I feel that these would be awesome in the morning with some coffee. I don't understand why someone would add MORE sugar...unless they are trying to make more of a desert muffin.

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Thought the flavor was great on these! Had to add a ton more water like most everyone else...but other than that - perfection! This recipe is a keeper for sure.

Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake

I thought this was an excellent recipe....not my all time favorite but will be keeping the recipe for sure! I had to add about 1/8 cup extra buttermilk because it was WAY too thick to even stir. I also had to cook about 7 minutes longer.

Caribbean Coconut Chicken

My husband and I both enjoyed this dish. We put a whole can of Coconut Milk in as suggested by other reviewers...and I would definately suggest for anyone else that wants to make this to do the same.

Chicken Satay

I made this for dinner tonight with some sticky rice and I thought I was pretty good. My husband liked it a lot and wants me to make it again. Although I love peanut butter, I thought the sauce may have been "too peanutbuttery". In any event, I don't consider this a retaurant quality recipe but it is definately good for just the family.
